I'm a 15 year old and have a nokia lumia 820. It recently had to be repaired with motherboard replacement. As a result of previous micrrosoft account problems, I created a new account on the phone and my parent also created a brand new account. Now, in order to set up My Family, when my parent logs in with my ID, it says "No Windows Phone 8" even though I clearly have one. The FAQ's suggest a backup and stuff, but after trying all that my phone still isn't being recognised. Even when I connect my phone to the PC, it is considered as a "Mobile Phone" and not a "Windows Phone". Tthis has never happened before. And without acceptance of Store Terms of Use, I cannot download a single app or update. Please help!
