How do I get my Echo Dot to route audio responses through HTPC soundbar?

Hi, I'm hoping someone here has successfully done this.

I've connected the Dot to my Win10 PC no problem, but when I ask Echo a command, it only gives the audio back through the Dot's speaker instead of through my PC's soundbar.

Is this even possible or does Win10 not allow audio in, through it's bluetooth stack?
