Windows 10 Phone OS update on 10-JUL-2018

I'm surprise that you haven't reported on last night's update to 10.0.15254.490. My Microsoft Lumia 950 XL received the update late last evening. I had to manually restart the phone this morning. The only difference I've spotted so far is that the Microsoft Store app won't open after trying for a couple of seconds to load. That's rather annoying, as the phone receives frequent updates for a number of apps, including Microsoft's. I'm especially looking forward to the next To-Do update that includes the IMPORTANT star.

While it's nice MS has kept their word to patch Windows 10 Mobile, security and stability updates are not front page news. Plus, as soon as MS announced they were re-focusing their mobile efforts on iOS and Android, WC's "tone" re: W10M changed overnight to one of derision as they gulped down the MS Kool-Aid.

The update broke my Edge and any function that allows me to browse the internet.

MS pushes regular patches, but these patches cause rougher rides instead.

Now my 650 cam is taking slanted pictures. To take proper upright pictures, I need to tilt the phone 30 to 40 deg off.

Update installed on my Lumia 830, 930, 950XL and phones are working smoothly.
