So nowadays I visited go associated transfer an app or 2, once I got a message from microsoft spoken communication, "It appears like some other person has been victimization your account." that is odd as a result of I cant write why anyone would wish to... but anyway... I then visited do the quality recovery stuff, wherever I then came up against another wall. In short, I cant get into that account any longer and thus at the instant, cant transfer any apps.
So my question is, if I build a replacement windows account (whereby i might then by ready to transfer apps) would I lose the contacts from my phone? i am aware the contacts ar synced to the microsoft account however i am hoping they will stay on the phone in some type too.
Any advise and proposals appreciated.
