My PC shut down with no reason in middle of the work

I am using Windows 10 PC with AMD processor 6300 and while using my PC it makes a lot of noise it's really annoying while watching movies or working with it. It shut down with no reason and I have to start over again. Please help me

Do the movies stutter or anything like that? If so, go to Startup or Task Manager and see what apps and processes are eating up all your resources. Try disabling all your apps that are within your Startup menu, see if that helps. If so, turn them on, one by one, until you find the culprit. Usually something like antivirus.

my experience is the computer needs a good vacuum... probably junked up and clocked with dirt... sounds like it over heated...

This is what I was thinking before I read your post. It sure sounds like it is overheating. If it is a desktop, it is easy to take the side cover off and blow it out.

Also make sure the cooling fan(s) work. Is the noise coming from a bad fan? Or is the noise coming from the fan working hard?
