I have a certain file that automatically copies onto every sd card or external hard drive whenever I connect it. It just started doing that one day and I don't know how to stop it. Whenever I connect something, I have to go in a delete that file and then I can copy what I want onto the card/flashdrive. I want it to stop!!

What's the file? That kind of behaviour suggests you may have a virus. What antivirus software do you use? Whatever it is, run a full scan of your system with it and the same using Malware Bytes.
