Does anyone continually have issues with the Your Phone app?

I have a W10 Dell XPS Desktop and HP Envy X360 Laptop and Galaxy S8+.

On both my laptop and desktop, I continually have issues where the Your Phone app. It doesn't update notifications, texts, or images and even clicking refresh does nothing other than spin the loading circle.

It sometimes loses connection with my phone as well and no matter how many times I sign in and out, close the app, terminate the app, or reset the app, it doesn't fix it. Usually restarting my PC fixes it, but I've had to uninstall and start from scratch on more than one occasion.

Has anyone had this issue before and/or have any suggestions?

I never got this app to work, sadly.

I have continually had problems with this app. Sometimes there is a long delay receiving text alerts on my computer; it will take up to 5 min to see a text that I've already gotten on my phone. This app is very frustrating and unstable...

Tried it. I get better results with Pulse sms and OneDrive photo backup on.

And now Samsung come along with their improved DEX for the new Note phone and does everything that MS does and more!
