I have checked in my rubbish and the files are not there, these files were very important to me so I need them back.

    What are my options?

    Thanks

If I remember, the recycle bin on the browser version of OneDrive has two levels. Did you check them both?

, perhaps try connecting MS perhaps they still have backup on their servers, I would not calculate the chances high but who knows maybe they can help. Also double check if you don't have copies of the files on your pc (perhaps use Recuva if deleted them on your pc too) or on a phone or something. good luck

As mentioned, you can try a data recovery tool to see if you can find them on your local machine, but, whatever you do find, may not be usable.
