Windows Central Question

Hello there from Australia
I came home today after 3 weeks in hospital.
When I started up my PC, the screen was only 1/2 size.
It looks like I am running dual screen, which I doubt my PC is able to do.
Before I went into hospital, my screen size was normal.
Samsung 340 x 820 mm.
Lenovo 510S PC.
Windows 10, presumably latest update.
Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 CHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
PLEASE, PLEASE help me
Cheers
Lill' Wolff (as far as I know I am a member).

Sorry to hear you were in hospital.

Can you boot your PC in Safe Mode? If yes, does it display properly? If yes, then your graphics driver may be at fault. Try updating it using Windows Update or the device manufacturers website.
