How to max out Intel Iris Plus 640 graphics card on Surface Pro 5

I tried to follow the steps for maximizing performance you posted on the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book. When I go to advanced settings, my Intel Graphics card settings is not listed in the menu of items to select from. That means I can't change it to maximum performance.

, search for Edit power plan -> change advanced power settings. Than under intel graphics ... you should find the options.

Also if you don't care about cpu speed and only about gpu, in this same window you can set a max % for the cpu speed to allow more breathing space for the gpu.
