not getting latest features

[Windows Central Question]

I'm currently running build 20180.1000 on a SP4 and I've noticed some of the latest features (Settings Header, Theme-Aware Tiles) aren't available on my PC. I've tried installing the latest SSU (KB4566785) from the Microsoft Update Catalog but the installer says it's not applicable to my system.

HI there, going by your build you must be on fast ring. have you tried resetting your PC once after the update?

also the SSU mentioned above is applicable for windows 10 May update . this is the reason why you are receiving an error while installation.

As you are on the Fast Ring is it expectant that stuff may not work as it should. If you give us more information we can help further.
