Can you fix it?

Hello,

I experienced with the notification settingspage,that if i have set the notification section have set to "all" the section it constantly override the settings to "none".

Can you help me fix it?

Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
Have you updated all the Windows Updates?
Are you connected to any domain?
Are you have full admin priveledges or having preferences managed by your organization?
