Windows 11 automatic time zone

I am in Europe. W11 insists on putting me in Abu Dhabi if I leave automatic time zone on. Never had that problem on the same Surface Go 2 when it was on W10. Another bug in the now much less useful taskbar clock?

, that is possible, I am still on Windows 10 with my Go 2. I heard doing a fresh reinstall of W11 can fix certain issues but it might be a bit drastic for this, probably better to set the timezone manually for now.
