Windows Store not reacting

For the second day I cannot do anything in the store. When I click on any application icon in it nothing happens. When I try to bring up settings through charms - same thing. I can change categories but I cannot see my apps, my account or any app details.
I run some troubleshooting tools from MS and all I got was "Display adapter drivers may be out of date" message. I played around with updating everything, installing drivers, removing the old ones, but nothing helped.
I tried running wsreset but that didn't help either

Couple days ago I change my region twice to access different list of apps from the store but I don't think that affected anything.
Everything else seems to work fine.

Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation or do I have to wait for drivers update? Is this even related to the drivers or is it a different issue altogether and I should try reinstalling the system?
