I'm looking to buy a protective film for the back of my Asus Vivotab Smart and the brand I'm looking at doesn't offer it for the Vivotab but they do offer it for a few other Asus tablets and I'm wondering if it will still work. They offer films for the Asus Eee Tab Transformer Prime, the EEE Pad Transformer, and the Transformer Pad TF300T. Does anyone know if they are the same size as the Vivotab? All the pictures look like they are the same physical shell.

Have you checked the tech specs on ASUS' site? The dimensions of the hardware should be mentioned on the site.

Yes, if it were only that simple. The EEE Pad Transformer and Prime dont show on the Asus website when searched.

Nevermind, I found the specs on google. I guess I should have tried that first.

I'm glad you got it sorted.

In case someone else has the same question, are the screen protectors the same size on all of those ASUS tablets?

Edit: This info is for the BACK of the tablet, not the screen.

No however this is what I found.

    Asus VivoTab Smart ME400C = 262mm x 170mm
    Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime - 263mm x 180mm

The camera looks to be in about the same position on both tablets since they are only 1mm different. I was looking at the Bodyguardz armor carbon fiber skin for my ME400c. They do not offer a skin for the ME400c but they do for the Transformer Prime. After contacting customer service and speaking with a designer they gave me the dimensions for the skin for the Transformer Prime which is 253mm x 172mm with 4mm side panels. I decided to order it since the dimensions are just a tad smaller than the ME400c dimensions which would be fine. I may have to leave the side panels off or do a little trimming but that will be ok. I'll post up once I get it and how it fit. I also ordered a matching red skin for my L920.
