Why is my new Asus computer stuck on couldn't complete the updates

Brand new Asus X555 notebook stuck on start up screen We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer. It has been like this for 21/2 hours. HELP

Customer support told me my windows had been destroyed and i had to pay to have a new one installed for $100

Firstly try to make a full backup of your important data which is present in your Laptop, Then make a windows bootable Pendrive and try reinstalling your windows. If this step doesn't work then I think that you will definitely have to go to the nearest Service Center of your laptop
