What happened to Bing?

I can't get Bing now for some reason. For the last 2 days I haven't been able to open Bing, I get a problem loading page error message. It's not my internet connection as I can open Google, Yahoo and other websites. I'm getting the same thing on other machines and even on my Windows Phone, Lumia 920, I get the "we can't connect to Bing right now".

Why would my ISP block Bing? I can search and surf the net, open other websites, Google, Yahoo, etc. so I have internet access.

Sometimes random things happen on accident... does Bing show up on your devices when on a different WIFI network? Maybe a setting on your router got messed up...

DId you try clearing your browser cache? In IE, Alt-T, Internet Options, under Browsing History hit Delete..., select only Temporary Internet Files (so that your cookies/logons/etc are still saved), then Delete.

I tried that, figure the cache could use a good cleaning anyway. Still nothing. Thought it might be my ISP, went out and found a wifi spot and got Bing on my Lumia 920. But just now I tried again here on PC and got this message.

And it's back! Still no idea what happened. Very odd that it was only me apparently, or a very limited outage. oh well.
