Bing safe Search

Can anyone tell me what to do with the safe search in the default Bing search? I tried turing it off via the web page and the settings but it still says filters the adult searches.

Are you talking about on a WP or browser? WP you press the search button, tap the three dots, tap settings and there is an option for safe search.

I am talking about it on the phone, I have tried changing the settings but the safe search never turns off.

Go to internet explorer, tap the three dots go to setting, advance setting change cookies from websites and apps if it on block all to block some if that doesn't work select accept all.

I reset my phone and now its not working.
