Over 4000 Bing Rewards points just disappeared???

I had over 4000 Bing Rewards points and they all disappeared. My balance is back to 0 and I am no longer Gold nor do I have any history. Has anyone else had this experience?

Are you sure you didn't login with a new Hotmail/Outlook account?

Yep, I just posted an at length explanation of what happened to my Wife. Your account was probably cancelled. You can contact them, but they will not help you nor return your points or reactivate your account. We had over 3k of Reward points that they voided. You can see my post in this forum, but yea I know that feel
