Should Bing Video expand and become a competitor for YouTube?

I know there are lots of different video sites around but YouTube is clearly the biggest one by a big margin.
There are also other quite big sites like Vimeo and DailyMotion, but I think it's time for Microsoft to either expand Bing Video or create "XboxTube" to have their own site.

I think they are one of few companies that can rival Google and YouTube and I would love to see them give it a shot.

What are your thoughts on this matter?

Bing hosts videos? I thought they were all YouTube and Vevo links. I think they should buy Vevo. I don't like using YouTube because of Google.
