Bing Painfully Slow

For the past few days, Bing search has been painfully slow to load, to the point that I've gone to Google several times and had my answer before Bing.com was done loading its landing page. I tweeted at them last night, no reply as of yet, but since there are others affected by this, I'm asking for help in getting their attention. Tweet to @Bing and help raise the awareness.

May be a temporary server issue.

I figured that. But it's been at least 3 days.

It is charter. They are unlawful filtering Bing and windows 10 traffic. I know it is thermal nuclear but they are ignoring the issue. I did and would recommend a FCC net neutrality complaint against charter for unlawful filtering of a legal site. Just my two cents. There is also another thread on this issue.
