    ciao da Reggio Emilia ITALY felice possessore di BLU WIN HD LTE, da qualche giorno, bloccato in modalit aereo, disattivando la modalit aereo, le 2 icone delle sim, in alto a destra, lampeggiano ma non si attivano, sapete come risolvere il problema? GRAZIE

    Potrebbe essere un errore nel tuo SIM, ma dal momento che entrambi gli slot flash e spegnendo e probabilmente non SIM. Una piccola probabilit... Si pu provare un altro SIM?


    Potrebbe essere danneggiati software... Avete provato a forzare Windows Mobile 10? Hai provato lo strumento di recupero del dispositivo Windows che non per il modello europeo? C'e ' alcuna causa di software che si pu pensare?


    Molto probabilmente se Hard Reset non aiuta, un errore hardware. Il Sub-board che ha l'antenna potrebbe essere allentato il connettore o andato a male. Allora avete bisogno di riparare.




    It may be a fault in your SIM, but since both slots flash off and on it probably is not SIM. A small chance... Can you try another SIM?


    It may be corrupted software... Have you tried to force Windows 10 Mobile? Have you tried the Windows Device Recovery Tool which is not for the European model? Is there any software cause you can think of?


    Most likely if Hard Reset does not help, it is a hardware failure. The sub-board that has the antenna may be loose at the connector or has gone bad. Then you need repair.

    anche io ho un Blu WinHD Lte e mi capita di dover riavviare il telefono perch perde il segnale GSM.
    Io credo che sia un problema di operatore anche perch il telefono non si pu settare in modalit 2G

    Che pu essere quando dici che il vettore in colpa per il tuo problema con nessun 2G. Forse non supportano la giusta frequenza. Quale corriere utilizzate? Hai il modello X150e, s?


    Per l'OP, tuttavia, che non spiegherebbe il lampeggiante in modalit aereo e rapidamente. Vediamo questo segno pi spesso con un errore nel modulo dell'antenna.

    That may be when you say the carrier is at fault for your issue with no 2G. Perhaps they do not support the right frequency. What carrier do you use? You have the X150e model, yes?


    For the OP, however, that would not explain the flashing into airplane mode and back rapidly. We see this sign most often with a failure in the antenna module.

    I looked at 2 different resources:

    TIM 2G-3G | See coverage map & speedtest map - Sensorly
    Italy Cell Coverage Map - OpenSignal

    You can filter for just 2G network in the second map.

    It looks like Tim may be retiring their 2G network?

    Is the SIM you use for Tim enabled for data, or is your data plan on the second SIM?

    With Windows Phone dual SIM, the data has to be enabled on that slot or it will only use 2G/GSM. I also think you have weak GSM in your area.

    You could try a new SIM, but I don't think that solves your issue.

    Ok, i have only one sim in slot 1 without data plan. This sim it's 2G/3G.
    Cause weak 3G signal i would that my sim connect with 2G signal.
    I don't have found the "switch" 2G/3G/Lte in the configuration of the phone.

    I don't have a SIM in my BLU right now. If I remember correctly, there is no way to set that on BLU. Seems to be a part of Lumia Firmware only in Network + which did not make it to BLU. The other workaround is Field Test menu and enable only the 2G bands. Alas, BLU does not have access to Field Test either.
