Just a heads up, if you are running this build set, you might want to turn off updates for now as subsequent OS build breaks Cortana yet again. In fact the latest build didn't push to me as of this morning so maybe it is being held back from us thankfully.

I've already downloaded that build and now information tells me that is an E model, until now everything works ok for me, the only thing it's more battery hungry that the previous TH builds....

I've been stumped for a while. I was able to get my wife's phone up to 14393.5 but nothing I do will let it find anything newer. I've stopped insider builds, tried all the rings and the Upgrade Advisor - they all say no new updates. I figured .67 would come down when I disabled insider builds, but nope.
It does have the 15013 firmware from a WDRT reset I did when I first got it.

Any ideas?

afaik .67 IS an insider build. If you are set for fast and it doesn't show, I would assume MS isn't offering it any longer.

I've just tested, no builds are available to my phone, .67 appears to be it so far

I am having the exact same problem, I have a 150 (E) though so not just (Q) version being affected
