Volte Supported or not?

Hi can anyone let me know whether BLUwin hd lte Indian version supports Volte, so that I can use JIO in future.

I had emailed BLU support for volte support query for Blu win hd lte x150e . They say it does not support volte and no support planned in the future too . I can use only data on the phone with my Jio sim . No calls can be made .

I am using pre-activated jio sim in this device. It's working fine but only getting access to the internet, can't able to make any call even USSD doesn't work because it's not VOLTE. You can only use the internet.
