why don't my apps download on my blu win hd?

any app I download from the app store says attention required tap here, but never downloads. I had downloaded some apps before and they worked, but once I added service to my phone they no longer worked and now nothing downloads from app store.

go to settings and check your email account, it might have an error that needs resolving
