BLU Should Provide APN Settings

I don't understand why Blu does not provide the APN Settings to work on different US Carriers ?
they make an unlocked phone they should provide APN settings that have been tested and work on Metropcs and ATT
the MS Store has the Blu Jr now for 50 dollars but I don't have the proper apn settings so I really cant buy the phone unless I know it will work on Metropcs

If you have a SIM card that you have been using already on T-Mobile, I believe the APN settings get populated automatically and correctly. I do not know about ATT or Metro PCS.

It is up to your carrier to provide APN settings as they are the ones who set those. Not the phone manufacturer.
