The device is not receiving any updates via OTA... Only way to get update is WDRT.. Any Solution?

I thought the BLU phones had their last major update over a year ago. Is the phone still enrolled in Insider?

Yes. But Not even receiving via insider too..

Microsoft blocked older phones, the BLU phones were just blocked sooner than some Lumia's.

No. Only showing up to date.. I sent mail to BLU. but not received any reply yet. We can get the creators update via insider ring.. but this phone sucks....!

Did u try WDRT? Going back to 8.1 and after that we can hv creators update??. Leme know if anything happens. And one more thing, in sending updates is there any role of BLU

No, I didnt try WDRT for the insider ring... but is it possible to use WDRT to get insider ring builds..?

Well i did wdrt and after 10586.107, I was directed to 14393.448 instead of 14393.1066 with a configuration update. Currently I've exhausted all of my data, let's see what happens after it. Will update U

I used insider with slow ring after wdrt cuz advisor is unavailable at store.

Did you look for upgrade advisor, or was it that you heard it is no longer available?

I looked in store there was no advisor. Bedside I am stuck at 14393.448 no sign of creators update.

I have installed upgrade advisor before it was removed.at that time itself I update my device to .1066.. so now I have that app. But not available in store now.
