I just got done chatting online with AT&T. A tower in my area is experiencing degraded service. My data doesn't work.

The AT&T rep couldn't provide ETA, but he did credit my bill $5 due to the outage.

Update: it's a local LTE outage. I disabled LTE (set highest connection speed to 3G) and my data works.

Go figure. The weather was great last week when my LTE went out.

We had thunderstorms and a monsoon here today, but my LTE is working again.

I'd expect tower to have degraded service after, not before, bad weather. I'll take the fast speeds again, though.
