I guess I don't really find it offensive, unless I am missing something.

I find nothing offensive either. Every company that has made some kind of ad to commemorate 9/11 has had their product or logo somewhere in the ad. Another biased piece of yellow journalism.

People will always find it distasteful to mix advertising with tragedy. Although I don't personally see anything specifically being advertised here, nor do I find anything wrong with it, there are those who feel as though there is a line that shouldn't be crossed.

I find the picture to be a tasteful honoring of that day and don't see how others might view it as being an advertisement, but I guess that's just my perspective.

Condolences to those who lost loved ones and friends on that day.

What a tasteless and crappy tweet, I don't understand why companies still try to cash in on 9/11, after so many ill-fated attempts to do that.

I wholeheartedly disagree. It's not about cashing in on this tragedy. The problem is the freshness of this event. Do you get upset at Oscar Mayer for promoting their hot dogs for your 4th of July BBQ? Does it not trample on the graves of those who fought and died for the very freedoms you enjoy today?

It's a brave, new world out there...let the piling on begin. Twitter is ablaze with AT&T hate over this. Amazing. As God is my witness, I don't see them trying to advertise to me, sway me to buy something or doing anything untoward. I just see a company saying they recognize the significance of the day. I guess I'm just not getting it...and I'm okay with that.

I don't get how this is offensive. I mean its kind of an ad, but not really. Mostly just a reflection on the moment using the medium they are masters of. People just want someone to flame.

I really don't find it offensive. AT&T is actually saying "Never forget", not "Buy the Z10".

It would only take one person with a huge northeastern or southern Facebook following to post that Subway "faux-vertisment" and it would be off to the races. Wow.

AT&T should pay The Onion to claim that ad was from them as well. Man, Twitter is KILLING AT&T right now. Still not seeing it...
