Anyone else notice that if you renew/refill your $30 plan early, your minutes don't reset?
I was low on minutes, and decided to renew a couple days early (even got the txt msg saying my renew date is coming up). T-Mobile took my money, but it didn't reset my minutes. Which is weird , because last month I did the same thing and it did reset. Had to call customer support and they "forced" at minute reset. But I still have to wait an hour before it actually kicks in.
I really wish they had a $40 plan with "200 min talk, unlimited txt and data".
