I am curious if you know of an at&t mvno that offers unlimited data, even throttled after a certain amount would be fine. Want one for around 30.00. May be near impossible. I live in the USA. I am currently on h2o with 500mb data

H20, Straight Talk, Red Pocket are about as cheap as it gets. Here's a list of all the MVNO's: List of United States mobile virtual network operators - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

T-Mobile had a $30 plan, I am not sure if they still have it, but you got like 100 minutes and 5GB of data.

    Here are a few tips:
Try this MVNO which has LTE
    35OrLess.com - 35orless

Also read up on Walmart $30 plan. There are a few hoops to get it to work seamlessly. Make sure you read reviews on the following link:
    T-Mobile $30 Wireless Airtime Card - Walmart.com

Also try this, owned by T-Mo directly.
