I know this is fairly old thread, but I am having all sorts of issues with my new account (Nexus 9). Passwords only work once after changing them. My T-Mo redirects me to some other site that only works some times. This other site only shows my free 200MB of data, no data plan that I chose or the payment plan for my Nexus 9. If any one has any idea what is going please let me know. I will be heading back to the store soon, and would like to have a better understanding to help the rep figure this all out.
