I had an occasion to call AT&T support today for an issue with connectivity on my Lumia 635.
The rep was like, "Oh, so you've got the Lumia 635. Those are sweet." He then let me know he actually owns and uses the 1520 as his main phone.
When it came to knowledge about the phone, he was the first person that I ever talked to at AT&T support that didn't have to go through the full "scripted" "try this, now try that." He asked what I had tried, and went directly to the issue. Issue was fixed in under 5 minutes.
Turns out this guy has multiple degrees in computers and math like myself, and works phone support as an extra job. I did the same thing for years.
He was very knowledgeable and intelligent, and I'm not used to getting that when I call customer service.
I just thought I'd share a "good" experience for a change. Most people just log-in to complain about something, I thought Id log-in and share good news.
