I see all the recent hype of the 640 coming to TMobile.
Will it be coming to at&t?

IMHO I bet that they wont carry. They have the 640XL and if you want a 640 they want you to go to Cricket.

Cricket branded devices need to be unlocked to use on AT&T.

However, AT&T branded devices can be used on Cricket without unlocking.
