This is purely based off my experience today at the Telstra flagship store in Melbourne, so take my anecdotal evidence as you will.

Firstly, a store rep confirmed to me that the 950 will be available soon.

Telstra will be carrying the Lumia 950, 950XL, 550 and 650 at some point in the near future. All of these devices showed up in the stock list the store rep was using to set up my new phone. (These appeared alongside other future devices not yet available, such as the GS7, LG G5 and a new Huawei Device)

I'm assuming here that these devices aren't already available due to the earlier W10 Mobile builds failing carrier testing. (The 650 itself is not yet widely available either). Telstra typically refreshes its prepaid lineup around April, so we may see the 650 or 550 replace the aging 640 as a prepaid handset (which has seen heavy discounts as of late). I would assume we wont see the 950/950XL until at least after //BUILD 2016 or whenever Telstra finishes re-testing the 950 on newer software.

Fingers crossed we will see these phones some time soon!
