Nokia needs to standardize their phones!

I hope for the next generation of phones Nokia standardizes the phones and cases
All phones of a similar product line have the same cases, I think it really hurts Nokia for the manufactures to make a different case for every Nokia phone.
example: 920, 925 and 928 should all use the same case!

Sorry but that doesn't make no sense. if all phones have the same cases, how can their be different screen sizes. You also run into problems differentiating between high end and low specced phones. Do you think Nokia could've crammed everything the 920 had in the 521 or would you prefer your 920/5/8 to be specced and sized like a 521. There's no way any manufacturer would do that, because all phones are essentially the same.

Unless you're apple and make only one.

Still make different phones, but have the case fit the entire line, just not a single phone

Don't know where you got your info but.....these two are certainly not the same size.

920 925 928 should be same form factor

820 822 and 82x should be the same size but different from the 92x

I think op have a valid point here, the reason iPhone have so many accessories is because all iPhone are the same for at least a year.

If there will be 1025 and 1028 in the future, the camera grip for 1020 should also be able to used wit the 1025 1028 too. This way, cost of making camera grip would be lower and Nokia would make,more money.

This is pretty much only a US problem. Elsewhere in the world there are no weird variants going to specific carriers, just one model for each range. So out the blame where it lies, the egotistical US carriers.

With the release of the 925, this is not entirely true, as the 920 and 925 are both available outside the US.

Yes there is that one but its not the norm and its probably because Tmo is the only US carrier stocking it. There's the 822, 810, 928 & 521 which are all unique to the US while its the original model available everywhere else. Its a US problem.
