I have a relatively inexpensive Pioneer head unit in my Jeep that passes my phone's voice command interface to my radio.

EDIT: That unit is the Pioneer DEH-X6500BT stereo. Crutchfield is reporting to me that this model has been discontinued and replaced with the X6600BT.

The feature is called Siri Eyes Free. It's really just a Bluetooth profile that passes on voice commands. It works really well with Windows Phone.

I've seen Pioneer and Alpine units use it successfully to pass voice commands to a Windows Phone. Don't expect to get support or anyone who knows that they will work together.
