Can I still get a free display dock?

I read the rules and I'm not too clear on whether or not it's too late. If I purchase one after January 31st, can I still get my free dock if I redeem it before the deadline (February 29th I believe)?

And others have said that you can get the display dock even if you buy from another seller such as Amazon. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks!

Thanks. Ended up buying a barely used dual sim and display dock bundle with extra mozo case for $550. Sounds like an ok deal right?
