Microsoft Band Bricked ?

My band won't turn on to normal mode. The screen keep displaying the arrows that are shown when the band is being updated.



This issue happened when my Windows Phone attempted to update the band. But the band failed to restarted properly. So, I used the cable to connect to my PC. Microsoft Band Sync showed update window and my band got updated. The update progress seemed okay and my band restarted. However, my band can't be updated and still keep displaying the arrows.



Already tried restarting the band, but didn't work.

Any suggestion to fix the problem?

You should talk to Microsoft tech support.

My screen went black - spoke to support and they very quickly said to send it back and they replaced it for me
