Microsoft Band Sync Windows 7

The application for PC is not finding the driver for microsoft band.

Anyone succeeded in installing the application on windows 7?

The Microsoft Band Sync instalation is ok but the driver is not recognized.

So you installed the software, hooked up your Band and it doesn't do anything? Are you connected to the internet?

Is the Band on?

Is there anything else connected to the USB? Is it a shared USB port?

If none of that works then I'd suggest doing a complete removal, make sure all parts of the software are removed, including anything in Devices. Restart your computer and re-install it and see what happens.

I tried to connect in different USB ports, restart the computer and still nothing.

In Windows 8.1 it works normally.

You didn't read what I wrote.

I said to delete everything (including the installed driver) and start over. Fresh download and ensure you're connected to the internet and when you connect the Band it's on.

It's possible something got corrupt during your download.

Check your win7 is Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or not. It only works on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and Windows 8.1

My version is Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

I deleted everything and star over but still nothing.
Microsoft could provide a link to download the driver.

I have the same issue and i run SP1 also
