Yeah, found this out last night when I noticed it was 2 something... that is something they will have to fix going forward as it required an active sync to fix the time for me... even passive wouldn't work for more people as it occurs at night when I imagine most people have their band in sleep mode. Definitely an odd oversight for Microsoft, who if I recall correctly, had problems with DST about a decade ago.

well, it was obvious that this would happen. I go to bed and set the Band to sleep the night before daylight saving time switch. It won't communicate with the phone until I wake up. Once I set the Band to wake it immediately switched to the correct time. I counted on my phone waking me up at the correct time.

It shouldn't have to communicate with your phone for that...in the manual settings it asks for your region...shouldn't be hard to program the band to know about dst.
