When I start the Health app, it wants my height and weight in imperial units, can I somehow change to metric?

Tap the units besides the input boxes and it will change. Like u can switch between inches and cm for height..

I got it now, you first have to insert everything in imperial and can then change everything in metric once MS Health is all set up

You could also set it up via the Microsoft Band Sync Desktop App instead, it has kgs and cms from the beginning (in my region anyway - Germany)
