Sorry, I forget to mention that I have already do it and more:
- unregistered the Band in the app
- deleted (unpaired) the band in the Bluetooth menu of the phone
- uninstalled the app
- make a "reset to factory" with the band
- power off the phone and restart it
- re-installed the app (the app restore the previous data)
- start the app
- get the "warning task warning" message again ...
- register/paired the band
- get once again the "background task warning" message
- go the the "*** and manage tiles" menu of the app
- try to activate the "mail" tile and get the "Notifications are not supported in this version of windows phone" message again...
