Band does is not vibrating when notifications come in

Hi:

My band lights up when a notification comes in but it does not vibrate. I checked the hapstic setting and change it to all 3 levels for testing but it doesn't work. I know that vibration works in the hardware because when I plug it in for charging it vibrates. Any ideas? Thanks.

Call it in to Microsoft care. I had the same issue with mine. They replaced it.
