Thanks, very neat indeed. I really like the subtlety of blending motion sensing with HR monitoring. The only thing that will prevent him from winning the Nobel is: I'd like the lights to turn off BEFORE I fall asleep, not after. LOL In that case all we need is motion sensing...though I can imagine lots of situations where I'm relatively still for a few minutes (e.g. reading) and not sleeping.

I still kinda think the Clapper may be the better solution for controlling lights. :cool:

Interesting idea - but.....

I seriously doubt that you can use sleep monitoring with the device since sleep mode tends to cut off all communication.

Secondly, what does that do to the battery consumption - both in the phone and the band?

Personally, I'd like the lights to react to entering/exiting sleep mode.
