Why is there so much more info on runs than bike rides?

The stats on running are great, and the observations very interesting.

Cycling gets a raw deal, summary stats are minimal and there are no observations. Why should this be the case?

I still have no VO2 max despite 10 plus rides and over 100 miles cycled. Is it because I have not done enough runs or other exercises?

I am really enjoying using the band but stumbling upon the running information has made me, as a cyclist, feel a little short changed.
