So sick of "network issue". Help

Hi all and greetings from Spain.

I've using my MS Band for the last 2 months without any issue with my Lumia 930. A few days ago, I updated to Windows 10 Technical preview, but I returned to 8.1 because that OS is still unstable.
After reinstalling 8.1, the "network error loop" started. I've tried everything: Change regi?n to US, UK, language to US English, UK English...Soft reset, hard reset... Nothing worked.

My wife also has MS Band and Lumia 930. I've unpaired her devices and tried to pair again and she has the same problem.

So now, we can only use our bands with the desktop App, which pisses me off. It's irritating that there are troubles between the band and a Microsoft Smartphone.

I think Microsoft is aware of this, but they couldn't care less.

Can anyone give me some light about this?
