Hi Daniela! Unfortunately, the workout data provided on your phone (Health app) and on the Health Dashboard are very coarse, e.g., average pace, average/peak/low HR, etc. The good news: if you have a Windows machine and install the
Unband app, it will allow you to export and view individual workouts (e.g, in GPX format) at a moment-to-moment level. Another option is to create an account at mapmyrun and have it sync with your Health account -- you can then export the workouts from there. Hope that helps!
