My screen on my microsoft band doesn't work. How do I send back to get fixed?

Go to the Microsoft band website > sign in > goto warranty and repair > click schedule service >you can then speak with an agent describing the problem > an unresponsive screen will need sending back so they will email you a return slip to print > put band and cable in a small box attaching the label > take to a UPS collection point > it will then be shipped to Microsoft who will test the device and either repair or replace if in warranty. They will email you with an update of when they ship it.
