Batt giving the same reading, eveyrtime?

Hi There!

My band arrived and I am in love with it. It is exactly what I would expect from a fitness band.

I am charging it every time I take a bath (that happens in the morning after the gym and at night), but it gives me a 85% reading every time I connect the charger (it never goes down or up). Any1 with the same problem?

I recently purchased a Band and had the same problem. The device would not indicate having a charge higher than 80%. I reset the device and the problem went away. Hope that helps.

The brass on the back of the watch corrodes, clean it and it will make better contact. Also getting from 80% to 100 percent takes twice as long as getting from 20% to 80%. Also go to Microsoft and down load the Band sync app to your puter. You can then get updates and personalize your tiles along with proper charging from the puter USB port.
